Autumn Leaves Lassi Smoothie
Serving size: 2 smoothies
Ingredients:
- 1 C TAJA Pineapple-Infused Coconut Water
- 1 C plain yogurt
- ½ C milk
- 4 t honey or sugar (to taste)
- 1 C mango (fresh or frozen)
- Dash ground cardamom or turmeric
- Ice cubes for right consistency, especially if using fresh fruit instead of frozen
Instructions:
Place all ingredients, except ice, in blender and mix. Add ice as desired to achieve desired consistency.
