Autumn Leaves Lassi Smoothie

Serving size: 2 smoothies
Ingredients:

  • 1 C TAJA Pineapple-Infused Coconut Water
  • 1 C plain yogurt
  • ½ C milk
  • 4 t honey or sugar (to taste)
  • 1 C mango (fresh or frozen)
  • Dash ground cardamom or turmeric
  • Ice cubes for right consistency, especially if using fresh fruit instead of frozen

Instructions:
Place all ingredients, except ice, in blender and mix. Add ice as desired to achieve desired consistency.
