Kale, Pineapple & Coconut Smoothie
Serving size: 2 smoothies
Ingredients:
- 2 C TAJA Coconut Water (Original or Pineapple Infused)
- 2 C fresh kale
- 3 C pineapple
- Juice 1 lime
- ¼ C mint leaves
- 1 thumb of ginger
- Ice cubes for right consistency, especially if using fresh fruit instead of frozen
Instructions:
Place all ingredients, except ice, in blender and mix. Add ice as desired to achieve desired consistency.
