New Year, New You Smoothie
Serving size: 2 smoothies
Ingredients:
- 5 oz TAJA Pineapple-Infused Coconut Water
- ½ banana
- ½ C pineapple (fresh or frozen)
- ½ C papaya (fresh or frozen)
- ¼ C mango (fresh or frozen)
- 1 T flax seed (optional)
- Ice cubes for right consistency, especially if using fresh fruit instead of frozen
Instructions:
Place all ingredients, except ice, in blender and mix. Add ice as desired to achieve desired consistency.
