New Year, New You Smoothie

Serving size: 2 smoothies
Ingredients:

  • 5 oz TAJA Pineapple-Infused Coconut Water
  • ½ banana
  • ½ C pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ C papaya (fresh or frozen)
  • ¼ C mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 T flax seed (optional)
  • Ice cubes for right consistency, especially if using fresh fruit instead of frozen

Instructions:
Place all ingredients, except ice, in blender and mix. Add ice as desired to achieve desired consistency.
