Red and Green with Envy Smoothie

The perfect smoothie is about the ingredients, but most importantly, the ratios to make it tasty and delicious.

Some smoothie tips:

  • For thicker texture, use frozen fruits (bananas, strawberries, etc.)
  • Add peanut butter, almond butter, etc.
  • Add poppy seeds, chia, nuts, etc.
  • Add spinach, kale and other healthy leafy greens

Red and Green with Envy Smoothie
Serving Size: 2 smoothies

Ingredients:

  • 1 C TAJA Coconut Water (Original or Pineapple-Infused)
  • 1 green apple (cored and diced with skin on)
  • 1 small red beet (peeled and diced)1 C strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 C pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 C baby spinach
  • Ice cubes, as necessary, if using fresh fruit instead of frozen
  • Pinch cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions:
Place all ingredients, except ice, in blender and mix. Add ice as desired to achieve desired consistency.
